The infection prevention services market commonly bundles surveillance work with full program leadership. That works for some facilities, and for many others, it produces engagements that are simultaneously overpriced and underdelivered. The idea behind Cura is simple: a clean, focused scope — surveillance and reporting infrastructure, not a full program build — does more for the facilities that need reliable data than a top-to-bottom rebuild does.

Cura serves skilled nursing facilities throughout the Bay Area in person, with selective remote engagement available statewide in California. Regulatory familiarity includes CDPH, DHCS, CMS LTC requirements, and the federal and state surveillance landscape SNFs actually operate inside.
What you can expect.
Cura is a single-member LLC, which means the person you talk to on the discovery call is the same person doing the work. There is no junior associate handoff. The tradeoff is real: there's one person doing the work, so a facility that needs 24/7 IPC leadership coverage isn't a good fit. A facility that needs reliable infrastructure delivered consistently is the right fit.
