A short, honest privacy policy.

Plain-language summary: I collect only what you send through the contact form, I use it only to respond to you, I don't track you, and I never want patient health information here.

Effective June 30, 2026

What I collect

Only what you submit.

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: your name, role, facility, email address, and — optionally — your phone number, facility size, and the message you write. I do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies, and the site loads no third-party scripts.

How I use it

To reply, and nothing else.

I use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential engagement. I do not sell, rent, or share it for marketing, and I do not add you to any list without your asking.

Who processes it

Two service providers.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs. Contact-form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email service provider. Both act as processors on Cura's behalf; your message reaches hello@cura.consulting.

No patient health information

Please keep PHI out of this form.

This website is not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not include any patient health information (PHI) in the contact form or in email. Once we're working together under signed agreements (MSA + BAA), I'll establish a secure channel for any patient-level data.

Retention & your choices

What I keep, and for how long.

I keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. To ask what I hold, or to have your inquiry deleted, email privacy@cura.consulting and I'll take care of it.

Changes

Updates to this policy.

If this policy changes, I'll update the effective date above. Questions about privacy can always go to privacy@cura.consulting.
